Ladies Self Defense & Fitness

Self-defense is protecting yourself, or those with you when under attack.

This class can be presented as a specialized 4 hour seminar or as a weekly / bi-weekly class. These classes / workshops are designed to help you become street smart and equipped to not only survive, but reduce the injury and trauma associated with experiencing an aggressive personal attack.

Learn how not to be victim and to fight back and stay within the confines of the law. A person using force in self-defense should use only so much force as is required to repel the attack.

Group seminars are scheduled based on interest. Bookings for companies, families or groups of friends are also available.
